I love rain, but I always avoid to ride the bike during rains. I know, it's always fun riding in the rain. But in North India, rains are horrible, you can't think to ride. But last week I got an opportunity to travel the Western Ghats. We took a road trip to Panchgani-Mahabaleshwar, Tamhini Ghat, Lonavala & Lavasa. And yes, I ride the bike in rain for two days, and it was really a beautiful rain. It transforms the whole area into a heavenly land abundant in natural beauty. The weather becomes more romantic and the landscapes more scenic than anything you would ever see. Gushing waterfalls flank the curvy hilly roads and hilltops become tourist attractions providing breathtaking views ( providing there is enough visibility to enjoy it). I will make a very clear point here, don't take your four wheels here, two wheels suits this place more. As I said, the curvy roads, and drizzling all the way, and a major plus very pleasant curvy road, not like Himachal :). So you will get a very different experience here. There are things that are sometimes left undone and there are things that can be left sometimes unsaid. 2012 is ending today, tomorrow a new year, its new year eve, there will be parties, music all night. I will enjoy same, but before that I think, I should make some resolution. I know, I am not someone whose resolution will be followed or will be appreciated, but I know most of people who are reading it, are my well known, my well wisher. So its for those to make me remember every time when I will forget it. In 2013, I will try to spend more time with my Maa and friends too. Although I respect all people, but I will try to make it more effectively. I will help other, at least in a day I will make at least one people to smile. I will try that there will be no wet eyes because of me. I will be organised, managed and punctual. I will learn something new either technical or art. I will control all my negative emotions. I will ma...
I was a friendly and fun loving person. I have a good number of friends and girl friends too. But I did one mistake I care my friends more than me.... and it sucks. I always compromise .. each and every time I thought that next time they will think about me .. but I was a rural, dumb boy. I did not know the rules of society, I did not know that people around me were selfish. Any time went for movie, I only watch movie which my friend like, because when I suggest something, no one is here who can give importance to my words, and I thought next time they will. They never called me, each time I called them. They only told what happen to them, they don't care how I am. And the whole thing was going on. Due to which I was in stress, in full stress... I think anyone will. I don't want to show any negative attitude, and things happening around me, are making me more weak. I couldn't concentrate on studies, career, family anything. But one day I watch some videos Dale...
After discussing with my friends in July 2016 about our most awaited trip of the year, all plans dropped. Someone was busy, someone didn’t have enough leaves, some people just ditched. I was planning for Sach pass, and on the travel blogs there was an ad which read as follows " things to remember, if you travelling alone in India ". Some foreign author had written on his blog about Indian solo trips. And it just clicked my subconscious part, and I just deleted the itinerary for sach pass, and new tab, with a title, Solo_Leh_trip . Private job, limited leaves. But, I still managed to plan a ten day trip from 5-15 August. I will not share my day wise trip here, you will get common itinerary on many blogs, and even you can plan better, according to your interests and days. I will share my experiences and some tips. I left from Noida on 4th Aug at 3:30 pm, I saddled my Classic 350 with the bare necessities and set out on the long road to Ladakh. As, it w...
