A Walk Through Hauj Khas Village

Today I went to hauj Khas village .... I think it is one of the best place in NCR, a place with ancient touch with modern facilities. This complex is on the outskirts of Hauz Khas but is definitely worth looking at. The architecture is exquisite and the landscape serene. You can also look down into the reservoir. You can find a peaceful moment in Delhi here. The main attention of the place are tomb and deer park. But personally the lake which is suited in this village is awesome, a peaceful place, a place where you can pass a number of hours, you can talk yourself. I think it is good place for writers, photographers, painters.... i think I should mention artists .There are some Gomti's, I don't know exactly what Gomti means, but I watch sikri Gomti, kali Gomti, choti Gomti, Barakhamba and a tomb in this area. There are a number of pavillions, a mosque, and a tomb of Foriz Shah. And yes..... One DADI POTI ka gumbad.... that was also nice.

I met and talk two foreigners here, they are traveler, and traveling Asia. They praise a lot about India, but they also said : “ Indians are cheater, they only said that guest are god, but they never treat them ...” .

I think we all know, for somewhat profit we do such type of activities, but we shouldn't. Whatever I was talking about the place. The Deer park is awesome place, a full of tree and peace, although there are lots of people in park, but persons/area is very less, as compare to NCR other places, just because park is huge. Its look is some kind of forest, if you are walking alone, a lots of time you feel, you are in middle of a forest and you don't know in which side you have to move. But the pathways provide proper guidance. You can enjoy a lot here with your family, your friends, your spouse or girl friend/boy friend too.

When I was walking through park, a lots of people had littered here, this was very rubbish. At least if we went on such type of place, we should maintain them equally beautiful. There are ducks too in this park. The park have some boards too, which provide instruction for daily practice. It also have a Park Balluchi for lunch/refreshment etc. It is a average restaurant. If you don't like it you have a number of options in hauj khas market. There are a number of coffee shop, restaurant, outlets.
There is a Rose park too, you can also visit that, I don't know much about that, as I don't visit that due to lack of time.

Overall it was an awesome experience... you should visit this place at least once, if you visit delhi.
If I conclude in some lines “ Hauz Khas village brings to you a basket of resaurants, high end boutiques, and bakeries in a rugged heritage like backdrop. It gives you a sense of being back in time to the medieval era under the reign of the delhi sultanate minus the upscale boutiques ofcourse. "
