Worry : Lets Eliminate It

Worry.... I think it is a normal and regular word in everyone life. But do you ever think why you are worried ?  I was also in same life a few day back, same struggle in both personal and professional life. But one day I was in metro, I was going from Noida city centre to Rajiv Chowk, it takes approx. 45 minute. I was thinking all that bad stuff, if I get terminated from job what I will do, If I don't get new job, If I propose her and she rejects.. then what will I do and a lots more.... and 70% of worries  are those which will never happen.
But I was worried, tensed and there was no charm on face....! I met my friend here, we spent good time, but still it not as good as last time, as this time I am with my worries. My friend also asked me what happen, but I don't have any answer. 
When I was on the way back to Noida, I analyze that why I was worried ? I find job unsatisfaction .
Okay,  so what was the solution of this ?  -> switch job, prepare for MBA.
So best solution right now, is to switch job, So what I can do for this ? Prepare for interviews, add skills. So why I was worried, firstly I have to do these tasks and then I have to apply, and if i got rejected, then I have to find that why I got rejected and then have to do work to overcome that limitation. I don't know why I was so worried, I have a busy life ahead and I  am wasting my time, in worry  of nothing. Is it the way I am making my life beautiful ?
Even in the Holy bible, it is mentioned that Have no anxiety for the tomorrow, live today love today,  Do action to make your today beautiful, you tomorrow will be more beautiful. And instead of thinking about something and worrying about it, we should take action, they will increase the performance and we will also don't get any time for worry.

As Dale Carnegie said in his Book, How To Stop Worrying And Start Living that Live in "Day-tight Compartments" and 50% of your worries will be eliminated. So keep yourself busy, not in physical activities, but in some activities where you can contribute physically and mentally as well. If you still have any worry, the best solution to eliminate worry is to analyze the problem, then find possible solution for that, then find the best solution and then take action. That's it.

So always keep smiling, because there are a number of people who smiles when you do. :)
